Over a 30-year career in the private and public sectors, Bernd has gained a wealth of commercial experience encompassing strategic, financial and investment management, merger and acquisition execution in Australia and internationally.

 

With a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University in Melbourne, Bernd commenced his career as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Bernd moved to London with KPMG and a successful career in investment banking with JP Morgan and business advisory services in Europe and Australia followed. Bernd has advised corporates and governments in Australia and internationally on achieving economic and investment growth.

 

Bernd’s experience encompasses chartered accounting, capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, market expansion, investment attraction, venture capital, revenue generation, branding and marketing strategies and governance systems.

 

In 2005 Bernd established Growth Strategies & Associates which works with private business owners to build valuable businesses and lead successful exit and equity raisng transactions..
